Justin Timberlake is easily the best singer and entertainer of the millennial generation. This is fact. If you're like me, you were very broke when the 20/20 experience tour was traveling around the globe for 2 years. You can, however, afford a Netflix subscription and therefore you were able to welcome the show into your bedroom, albeit a few years late.
1. Every single falsetto
Justin has been known for great falsetto since he was in this little boy band called *NSYNC. Every single one of them changes your life.
2. The Tennesee Kids
The band is so talented. We all know
3. Timbaland hands JT a shot
As long time collaborators, I expected him to show up to perform a song, but Timbaland handing his long time friend a shot from VIP was everything I never knew I needed to see. *Author's Note: 901 tequila is the best tequila ever. Look for it at your local chilis in a drink.*
4. Poison and Human Nature
Justin has always shown his love for R&B and hip-hop throughout his career, but these throwbacks with the talent of the band and the crazy yet amazing level of production the show have made the audience go wild for a few old favorites that parents and their children may enjoy together.
5. The floating stage
Like pumpkin spice latte's in the Fall, this seems to be the new trend among huge concert stage shows. Everyone like to float above the audience in some way. I for one am not for this at all because of my fear of heights and sudden death from the stage falling on the audience, but besides that, it sure does look cool.
6. The Throwbacks
Justin's throwbacks, of course, are some of the most charted and iconic sounds from the millennial generation. When the chords of an acoustic guitar from "Like I love you" hit the crowd goes wild and I've almost spilled my wine in happiness. My love also changes the entire mood of the show into one about love and lust. Suddenly, the temperature is higher and so are the stakes.
7. The Dancing
I don't care if JT is closer to 40 than he is 20. He can still move. He can move better than any guy I've seen in the past couple of days.
Basically what I'm trying to say here is don't wait.
Run, don't walk to your nearest comfy couch or bed and get ready to #TimberlakeAndChill
